Concrete cases

The advantage of the concrete cases manufactured in the form of prefabricated spatial elements is high durability and low costs. The facade finishing can be selected individually so as to fit the individual building and meet the individual architectural requirements. A very important advantage of the concrete cases is the absence of the water vapor condensation on the inner surfaces of the walls and ceilings.

The basic types of the concrete cases are: 

• ASTZ cases - the case of the box and demountable roof;

• ASTZ-S - MV and LV switchgears are situated on one side of the chamber of the transformer;

• ASTZ-M - MV and LV switchgears are situated on both sides of the chamber of the transformer;

• ASTW cases – with an internal service corridor; with three-way fire barrier; for difficult and cramped building conditions;

• ASTW-G - oil bowl is contained in the floor plate;

• ASTW-D - oil bowl is contained in the basement;

• ASTD cases – with several high power transformers;

• ASTD-55 for one or two transformers located by the side wall of the case;

• ASTD-66 for two transformers located by the two side walls of the case;

• ASTD-77 for two transformers located by the side walls of the case and MV switchgear located along the case and LV switchgear located across the case;

• ASTD-88 for the electric power distribution devices;

• ASTD-GPZ cases – with several compartments of ASTD type designed to create a transformer distribution substations of 110 kV/20 kV in which the control panel, telecommunication equipment, 20kV switchgear, batteries, compensating units can be installed and social facilities may be located;

• ASTO cases – substation in the oval case for urban building;

• ATSN cases – distribution cable points cases;

• ASTP cases – transformer substations of underground type.
